Injuries and Personnel Changes
The war of nutrition is never-ending, and as we head into Week 4, new injuries are demanding our attention.
We need to decide who will benefit most moving forward—and more importantly, who's actually available on the wire.
But injuries aren't the only factors shaking up the fantasy football landscape. There's also a certain veteran player who finally got benched. It might be time to throw a "dart" at someone else.
James Conner's season-ending injury headlines the chaos from Week 3.
Najee Harris is also done for the year after a non-contact ACL.
CeeDee Lamb will also miss some time, although I personally thought it looked worse than “just a few weeks.”
You hate to see it, and you have to feel for these guys. Let's check out some names to prioritize this week.

Trey Benson
Benson is owned in just over half of ESPN leagues, and that number is certain to soar by the time the waiver process runs. Conner is done for the year, and Benson played 60% of the snaps on Sunday.
Many speculated that Benson would have had a bigger role last year, and this season, it was clear the torch was beginning to be passed to the youngster. Now, he should have a significant role in that backfield moving forward.
Look, I'm hesitant to call him an RB2, but with bye weeks and limited options, he's probably a low-end RB2 in most formats and a great flex play.
We'll see what his role really looks like, but I'm buying into that 60% snap share from last week. The Cards can get a look at whether he's the future tailback or not. He's the biggest priority this week.
Tre Tucker
Tucker exploded for three touchdowns and 145 yards in what will probably be his best game as a pro.
He sure seems a little boom-or-bust, and he's certainly aided by Las Vegas A) being pretty terrible and B) them having zero offensive line to get the ground game going.
That being said, he has the 11th-highest route percentage rate in the NFL (via Fantasy Points) with a healthy 27% air-yard share and 19% target share.
He's not the alpha, but his big-play threat is real. He should be scooped up in all formats, and he can be used as a bye-week filler/flex play in deep leagues for now.
However, if he shows us a little more consistency and the Raiders continue to be terrible, he could bump up to a WR3-ish type of player. He's an awesome best-ball-scoring type of player to have.
Tucker is owned in just 2% of leagues before this week's waiver wire hits, and I'm guessing that number will be well north of 50% by Thursday.
Emari Demercado
I guess you could say Emari is Benson's handcuff now. However, I do think he'll spell Benson a little more than Benson owners would like to see.
He's worth a look in deep leagues for now—the organization seems to really like him, and he's owned in less than 1% of ESPN leagues at the moment.
A QB change: Giants are planning to start rookie Jaxson Dart on Sunday vs. the Chargers, sources told ESPN.

Jaxson Dart
Russell Wilson was officially benched this morning, and Dart is ready to roll for Sunday.
Throwing him in the fire against the Chargers is totally brutal. However, I like the speculative add of Dart in deeper leagues.
He has rushing upside that a lot of other QBs on your wire don't offer, and the Giants will be frequently trailing in games this season, which gives him Blake-Bortles-type garbage upside.
By the way, man, that last drive by Wilson and Brian Daboll was pitiful against KC.
You Giants fans know what I'm talking about. That QB draw call and the intentional grounding? Dart deserved to be in that game.
I also need to mention Cam Skattebo. It sounds like Tyrone Tracy will miss a few weeks. Skattebo is owned in 79% of ESPN leagues, but he will have such a massive role for the foreseeable future.
Maybe he takes over long-term! If you’re in one of those 21% of leagues where he’s available – run, don’t walk to your laptop.
Troy Franklin
I'm not ready to bail on Franklin after a brutal game against the Chargers. L.A. is no joke, and Franklin still played 79% of the snaps, which is well over 30% more than anyone else not named Sutton.
If he's available, I'd scoop him up. And if someone overreacts and drops him, put that claim in.
Jalen Tolbert
This is a deep-league play.
It sounds like Lamb will miss a game or two at a minimum. If you need help now, Tolbert is owned in fewer than 1% of leagues, and they’ll likely be throwing the ball against Green Bay on Sunday night.
Last season, Tolbert played a big role when Lamb was out. I know that George Pickens is now in the picture, but this team should be trailing early and often due to its pitiful defense.
According to Fanasy Points, Tolbert had a 73% route rate on dropbacks last season, and he played 88% of snaps in Week 3. I would expect him to rarely come off the field for as long as Lamb misses.
Stats and Numbers to Ponder
My biggest takeaway after watching the last two weeks of football: The Cowboys and Titans are horrendous.
We've now seen Wilson and Caleb Williams totally destroy Dallas.
As long as DaRon Bland is out, we should keep picking on the Cowboys—and he probably won't solve all of their problems anyway.
Here's a nugget that made me laugh: Titans local media reporter Paul Kuharsky dropped that the Titans stacked the box on just 5.3% of Jonathan Taylor's rushing plays last week.
What are we even doing? That's coaching malpractice across the board. Fire up Nick Chubb against these guys.
Colts’ Jonathan Taylor faced 8+ defenders in the box for only 5.88% of his 17 rushes for 102 yards in divisional win against the #Titans. Per @NextGenStats

Hunter Henry is a volatile high-end TE2 or low-end TE1, depending on your league size. Last week, he went off with a 27% target share and 34% air-yard share.
Across the season, he's run routes on 70% of dropbacks with a solid 19% target share and 28% air-yard share.
Henry is owned in just 48% of ESPN leagues. That seems low.
Who knows if Tyreek Hill will be a Dolphin in a few weeks or not, but he looks damn good.
Aside from passing the eye test (although his quarterback did not), Tyreek had an absurd 83% of the team's air-yard share last week with a healthy 29% target rate. Those are alpha WR1 numbers.
In deeper leagues, keep an eye on Dyami Brown's injury situation.
According to Fantasy Points, Parker Washington had a big role, owning a 25% target share and 42% air-yard share last Sunday. Travis Hunter was in on less than 60% of the snaps too.
Washington has popped every now and then over the last couple of years, and if you're really, really desperate in a 14 or 16-team league, he's in play this week.
