What’s up, Props family?

The “dog days of summer” are officially July 3 to August 11 (shoutout to Google for teaching me something new), but with temps hitting nearly 100 degrees on the East Coast next week and the NBA and NHL wrapping up, it already feels like we’re there. As much as I love baseball, golf, and niche sports — I co-commission a 20-team fantasy baseball league, after all — even I can admit this stretch is a little quieter on the sports front.

But football is on the horizon, and with it comes that familiar buzz: excitement, optimism, and togetherness. Whether it’s high-fiving strangers in a stadium or breaking the ice at work with “Did you catch the game?”, football just hits differently.

Even though it’s hot and the calendar says June, we’re keeping the energy up at Props with weekly football content every Friday — covering futures, league buzz, and more to get us all through the dog days and into the heart of the 2025 season. Stay tuned.
